The Higher Education Commission (HEC) has opened applications for the Omani Scholarship Program 2025–26, offering fully funded undergraduate scholarships to talented Pakistani students. This prestigious program gives students the opportunity to study at top universities in Oman with full tuition coverage, living stipends, and annual travel allowances.
